Westminster Security are always looking for professional security operatives to add to our highly skilled and experienced network of operators for security jobs in London, throughout the UK and on occasion in Europe and around the world. However due to the nature of our work and our clients, we have a very strict candidate criteria and recruitment process. We mainly employ former police and military personnel due to their vast training, unique experience and skills which are highly transferable into the security industry. We do however also employ ‘civilians’ with over 2 years experience in their chosen field of security (preferably within security jobs in London), with exemplary checkable references and evidence of continual professional development training.
