Westminster Group PLC (AIM: WSG) is a Banbury-based technology and managed services company that supplies security systems to governments and infrastructure projects. Its shares were suspended from trading in January 2026 after it failed to file audited accounts on time. Its Chairman resigned in April, citing an irretrievable breakdown with a major investor. Its Nominated Adviser resigned. No replacement was appointed, and AIM cancelled the listing. The company’s share price had fallen from a 2013 high of 95p to 0.85p, with a market capitalisation of under £4 million. It has not paid a dividend.

We understand the confusion. The names are similar, and the branding used by Westminster Group PLC’s operational subsidiaries, including Westminster International Ltd and Westminster International PLC, closely mirrors our own. But the companies are not linked in any way.
